When you sign up, you will have free consultation and facilitated communication through messages. Communication can be taken wither in Indonesian or English whichever your preference is. Until you approval us to work on designing tour plan, it is cost-free.

Yes. All of tour will begin with a free consultation, where you will be able to find out if JWT tour will be worth investing your time and money on. You will not be billed until you are satisfied with the consultation and all of the tour plan details such as itinerary and cost-estimate.

JWT can help plan for the whole trip from the day you arrive to Japan to the day of departure. You can tell us how you would like to spend your days outside of fertility treatment plans, we can help propose and arrange the whole trip, for instance as site-seeing ideas, restaurant reservation, transportation & accommodation arrangement, etc.

- Can I get linguistic support during the initial consultation and the tour?
JWT team can speak in Indonesian and English fluently. If requested, interpreter can be hired to accommodate throughout the tour. Documents from clinics can be translated from Japanese to English upon request. If you are looking for translation services in any other language, please contact the JWT team to request for your language.
- Does JWT help with obtaining VISA?
